Fran Scheffler Appointed Chairperson of Program Committee

As part of our effort to strengthen the Association, we have reviewed our past year activities.  In order to better support and showcase our members we believe an artist's program committee should be created to identify programs of interest.  The committee will assist the Board in scheduling these presentations for our monthly meetings. We are especially pleased that Fran Scheffler has agreed to serve as Chairperson of the Program Committee.  Lee Tatum, Donna Whiteside Sallee and Mary Belle Cordell have agreed to serve as members of this Committee.

The Board and I urge you to support the Committee and its work in any way you can.  We are looking for your insights, connections and, hopefully, your willingness to share your expertise as a presenter at a monthly meeting.  Fran can be contacted via e-mail at <FranScheffler@comcast.net>.  If you have any ideas for programs of interest that you would like Fran and the Lee, Donna and Mary - members of the committee to review, please click on
SUGGEST IDEAS and your suggestions will be conveyed to the committee.

Sincerely,
Arnie Regan
President

Kristen Bradley

As an artist I have been blessed with the ability to work with different mediums indigenous to the region in which I lived. Having recently returned to South Florida, I am again called to create Art from nature, this time using gifts from the sea. The nautical treasures in my creations have been hand gathered from the shores of our beautiful Florida beaches and transformed into one of a kind works of art! My favorite materials are sea fans, sea sponges, sea shells and sand. None of these materials are ever harvested alive
